(in a manner never usually used the court actually refused to action the summons - i was there and they apologised to me on the record saying " you dont go into the dock...you sit here and we will chat .. this never happened we are so shamed" ..words to effect... and not even the ignorant little scandal monger journos in court reported it - a humiliation that would have made national headlines... which was nothing to do with ME...just some parents can never stop attempting to use even an adult child as weapon which only further destroys that kid...mine... and no therapy i guess is going to get her back from the bottom of that gully at the foot of the cliffs... )
