I like writing. I discovered in rather a lot of terminal pain in 2010, if you really let go...it works. Not 'catharsis'; not self 'expression' as some therapy. Nope... because the purpose of having tolerated life for perhaps fifty years, is to attempt to say something useful to future generations. I only benefited from those before me saying useful things. Often in culture.
My own wafflings are a huge kaleidoscope of scattered this and that (i do not use the internet, otherwise) over some years. But it's all really about two things - best possible psychological environment for any kid, and we can't save the environment - i care about for my kid no matter what, unless we had psychologically healthy young adults to battle TO save it...
Which we do NOT. Sorry sad fact of life. I know many younger would be warriors, but they can't be...
I am going to try and collect themes here in one new page of this material. My other spaces are streamlined simple just regular extemporisations...

I may have to add one aspect i may well try and 'research'. But does anyone ever speak honestly to researchers? People pleasing and false politeness has crippled everything in my opinion...
I have had a lot to do with other's kids too. Significantly. I always love all kids no matter what seed they come from.
But i have recently been thinking of the ideal way one needs to be WITH others' kids - significantly, over time... and also in my head weaving that with what has so obviously gone wrong in education and the world around children for some years, and i think a kind of almost fatal Little Prince or Princess syndrome has arisen - that then tipped into 'woke' or as i prefer, wussyness.
In short putting kids on pedestals isn't good for them... we knew that in the past didn't we? of course we did... and so many new 'blended' families as the divorce rate exploded, i wonder this isn't a big thing...
I didn't have a step family but as i hardly had a family i did have a MOST beloved man - father figure, i spent my childhood with SO lovingly....
But I've been thinking lately, maybe in fact that wasn't all a good thing... prince/ssiness is a form of monsterism...
step parents, the industrial complex of 'paid friends' or paid parent substitutes (with lanyards) many of who would be too fearful to be more honest with a kid and make sure they know when maybe habits or 'drives' are awry and not so healthy...
I wonder if it isn't one of the root causes of what i know every day in UK is so much BPD sadly everywhere...
To be cont.
